Case 1. A 45 years old male had right side molar tooth extraction 4 months back by an unregistered medical practitioner. After that, he developed painful intraoral swelling within a week. After 2 months, he presented to OPD with purulent discharge from the right cheek. Pus sample was sent for microbiological evaluation. Fig.1 and Fig.2 were microbiological findings.
a) Describe the findings in fig.1 and 2.
b) What is your diagnosis?
