A 45 years old male had right side molar tooth extraction 4 months back by an unregistered medical practitioner. After that, he developed painful intraoral swelling within a week. After 2 months, he presented to OPD with purulent discharge from the right cheek. Pus sample was sent for microbiological evaluation.
